Service order
Line up songs, readings, notices and media in running order. Drag to reorder, double-click any slide to send it straight to the screen.
Easy enough for any volunteer
NaveoDeck makes running the screens simple. Build the order of worship in minutes, send lyrics, Bible passages, slides and video to the projector, and move the whole room on with one key. The screens take care of themselves, so your team can stay in worship. New volunteers pick it up on their first Sunday.
Set up in minutes. No account and no monthly fees.
Features
Built for the person at the back of the room with one hand on the mouse and one eye on the worship leader.
Line up songs, readings, notices and media in running order. Drag to reorder, double-click any slide to send it straight to the screen.
Paste a whole song and NaveoDeck splits it into slides at each blank line. Text sizes itself to fit, so long verses never run off the screen.
Pick a book, chapter and verses, and the passage is laid out across slides with its reference. The World English Bible is built in.
Put lyrics over a photo or a looping video. Playback runs on your graphics card, so backgrounds stay smooth from the first verse to the last.
Bring in a deck from the children's team or a visiting speaker. Slide timings and audio come with it. Requires Microsoft PowerPoint.
Show a live webcam feed as a slide, with zoom and pan, for baptisms, interviews or the band on the big screen.
Place text boxes anywhere on a true 1920×1080 canvas, with snap guides and alignment tools. What you design is exactly what the room sees.
Import your whole song library from an EasyWorship backup in one step. Every song comes across with its lyrics and slide breaks intact.
How it works
Add the songs, readings and notices for the week. Your songs and backgrounds live in a shared library, ready for every service after.
Run the whole service in a practice window on a single screen, at home or in the office, before anyone is in the building.
Pick the projector and press Go Live. The output fills that screen while you keep the full console, with the current and next slide, in front of you.
Good stewardship
Your church's money is given in trust. NaveoDeck is priced and built so the screens never become a budget line that keeps growing.
No monthly fees and no large upfront licence. Buy it once from the Microsoft Store and it's yours.
It runs well on an ordinary office PC or laptop. You don't need an expensive media workstation to put lyrics and video on the wall.
Volunteers learn it on the job, so there's no paid training and the rota doesn't depend on one expert.
At the desk
The same keys work in the console and on the live screen, so you never hunt for a button mid-song. Space and Page Down also move forward.
Requirements
Most church PCs from the last few years will do. A graphics chip with hardware video decoding is what keeps video backgrounds smooth.
Your church, your files
There is nothing to sign up for. Services, songs and media are stored on your PC, in one folder that is easy to back up.
NaveoDeck doesn't need the internet to run a service, so a dropped church Wi-Fi connection never takes your screens down with it.
Your songs are kept in plain, readable files in a folder you own, not locked inside NaveoDeck. If you ever decide to move on, your library goes with you.
NaveoDeck ships with no songs or images. You add your own, covered by your church's own licences such as CCLI.
